Do you have a mic, Beck? We could coordinate some serious shit as a team in Elimination.
I do and I don't. Basically, I have a Bluetooth but I lost the charger. I was just going to pick up one of those "Official PS3" headsets and we will most definitely get our tactics on. I need some practice when it comes to Elimination, but when I actually beat those two heavy shotgun dudes at the choke point before the burning wood room in Co-op? Did you see that shit? I thought I was gonna die, like, five times! I love pistols. They feel more precise, which is why I was going for head shots once I ran out of ammo for my AK.

Let's do it again soon.

So I finally just beat this game and "Holy Shit" aptly describes it's entirety.

That's probably the most polished single player experience I've played since Ocarina of Time.

And it's absolutely up there. Best game this year hands down, and one of the most fun, epic and downright near perfect games I've ever played. I feel reeeeeeeally bad for Naughty Dog to have to follow up this game...

Yea I'm having a hard time seeing how they follow it up too ezekial. I mean they already went almost to almost every type of locale possible. The only thing I can think of now is to do like a Lost City of Atlantis gam and take Drake around the caribbean and a bunch of different islands on the way to an underwater city.

I beat it just as you messaged me for multiplayer, Ezekiel. I have to agree the game is totally amazing. This is the first narrative-based game in a loooooooooong while that I feel I really got my $60 worth (Rock Band series notwithstanding). The levels were designed amazingly, the characters were SO believable and I connected with the all the protagonists on a deep level. I was nearly crying at the ending when
Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
it looked like Elana was about to die.
Yes, I'm a sissy, but that's just how powerful I found the game to be.

The ONLY complaint I have about the game is that I have some trouble with cover at times. When I think I'm running to cover and I hit O, sometimes I just roll right past the cover I was trying to get to and subsequently get shot to death. If the cover system was tweaked just a little, I wouldn't have died unnecessarily so often.

well all that means back is you weren't close enough to the cover for it to trigger.

No the cover system is definitely flawed. I remember times where I'd be right up against the wall I want to take cover on and I'd click circle and he'd flip to the opposite side. Made zero sense.

Was never, EVER a deal break though.

And just talking about the combat in this game makes me want to play some Co-op Arena...

Sometimes there's things that SHOULD be cover but won't let you actually take cover.

Not a big deal, though. It really didn't bother me or cost me any lives to be honest.

Yeah also the NPC's would take the spots I was going to use for cover, leaving me open to get killed over and over.
