If it's a smaller, portable item, I tend to meet buyers/sellers in very public spaces like mall food courts or transit depots. Places where there are a shit-tonne of cameras and people to keep everybody involved accountable.

thanx for the comments info guys. i ended up not buying because my water heater exploded so i ended up having to get a new water heater plus pay some plumbers to move it to a new location, etc etc, .......
but i went back to the page and it was flagged off of craigslist. which i found kind of strange. but i think im going to do a bit more research on maybe building me my own and saving a buck or two.

Building your own is great fun and exciting to me, theirs plenty of very helpful walkthroughs and guides on youtube to help you along the way as well. If you need help picking parts out etc. just lmk I originally built the computer I'm on now as an AMD build but I flipped it over to intel sandybridge platform after I saw how great the benchmarks were for it in a performance per dollar ratio.

Can a Video card that's PCI Express 2.1 x16 fit onto a board that only has PCI Express 2.0 x16 ??

Slot is the same so there's no issues. 2.1 just has more features if your board supports it (mostly management/troubleshooting stuff you wouldn't use anyway).

thanks Burr. So I can use it on a 2.0 board, it would just give me more features if the board was also 2.1 compatible. I was just updating my Newegg wishlist computer build parts that would fit the current board I'm looking at.

We did a super computer build recently, it is fun, we have an extra half case now which needs a few upgrades so it may be time for another. Did you ever get you wishlist from Newegg?

Do yourself a favour and look up the term "necroposting" and you'll be able to figure out why nobody is replying to your posts.

Got it and it has change a few times since my last posting here, so far I only have the new Monitor Other things have come up at the moment that's taken up some funds. Think I'm gonna go ahead and wait till Windows 8 drop anyways now.
